🚚 Shipping Policy

At gzpuyan.com, we are committed to providing our customers with a seamless and hassle-free shopping experience. To ensure that your order arrives in a timely and secure manner, we have partnered with trusted carriers such as DHL and China Post EMS.

1. Processing Time

Generally, it takes 1–2 business days for processing after receiving your order. Please allow extra time for tracking information to be updated, as local couriers may experience slight delays.

2. Delivery Time

We do our best to ship your orders from our warehouses as quickly as possible. After your order has shipped, a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to your email address.

3. Change of Delivery Address

NO FEE for changing the shipping address BEFORE we provide you the tracking number.

4. Order Tracking

If you have already registered on gzpuyan.com, you can track your order, shipping, and handling information on your account. If you have not registered on our website, you can track your order using your Order ID and email. A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped.

5. Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order before it has shipped, please contact us immediately at support@gzpuyan.com. We will not charge additional handling fees and will provide a full refund. Once the product has been shipped, the standard return policy will apply.

6. Shipping Details

We offer Free Shipping on all orders with No tax.

  • Estimated Handling Days: 1–2 business days
  • Estimated Transit Days:
    • United States: 4–8 business days
    • Europe: 4–8 business days
    • Other countries/regions: 4–11 business days
  • Costs: Free shipping

Note:

  • Handling Days: The time it takes for a package to leave our warehouse.
  • Transit Days: The time it takes the carrier to deliver a product to a customer. Actual delivery dates may vary due to factors such as shipping delays, weather conditions, or local customs processing.

7. International Shipping Notes

International orders may be subject to additional customs duties, value-added taxes (VAT), or clearance fees, which are the responsibility of the buyer. Please consult your local customs authority before ordering to understand applicable fees.

8. Shipping Issues

If your package is lost, damaged, or delayed, please contact us at support@gzpuyan.com within 7 days of delivery (or the expected delivery date for lost packages). We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a refund or replacement, subject to our inspection of the returned item.
